What do I get after paying?

Your account is created with the email you enter. Create your password on the next screen, then install the app and log in.

I already have an account. What happens?

Use the same email and the plan is added to your account. Same plan: the new period is added on top of the days you have left. Different plan: the days you have left are converted to the new plan by price (for example, 300 days of Basic become 124 days of Pro), then the new period is added. Nothing you paid for is lost.

Does my plan renew automatically?

No. You pay once for the period you choose. We'll email you before it ends so you can renew here.

What happens when my plan ends?

You can still log in, view and export your cards. Renew to scan and add new ones again.

What's the difference between the plans?

Basic: scan cards, save contacts, notes, search, export and WhatsApp messages. Plus adds AI-written follow-up messages and follow-up reminders. Pro adds voice notes turned into text, an AI message written from your notes that can be sent on a schedule, and your own digital visiting card to share.

How does WhatsApp messaging work?

You link your own WhatsApp to the app once, the same way as WhatsApp Web. Messages then go from your number, even when the app is closed. Message only people you have met: WhatsApp may restrict numbers that send unwanted messages.

Is my voice note kept?

No. The recording is turned into text and then deleted. Only the text is saved, in that contact's notes, where you can edit it. On Pro you can also record the whole conversation: only a short summary is kept (what they do, what they need, how you can help, the next step), never the recording.

Does it work on any card?

Yes, any standard printed visiting card, including several cards in one photo.
